SENIOR / PRINCIPAL ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT : GBP50,000 to GBP65,000 + Benefits : Bristol

A leading acoustic and environmental consultancy is seeking a SENIOR / PRINCIPAL ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT to lead technical delivery and project strategy from its Bristol office. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior:level role in a collaborative, fast:growing consultancy working across building acoustics, environmental noise, and major infrastructure.

As a SENIOR / PRINCIPAL ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT, you will take ownership of high:value projects, manage key client relationships, and mentor junior staff. Youll play a hands:on role in modelling, reporting, and acoustic design, while also contributing to the development of service offerings across the South West.

Were looking for a SENIOR / PRINCIPAL ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT with:

6+ years of experience in acoustic consultancy

Expertise in building acoustics, sound insulation, BB93, BS8233, or environmental impact assessments

Proven ability to manage projects, clients, and technical teams

Proficiency in CadnaA, SoundPLAN, ODEON, or similar

Excellent reporting and communication skills

Degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related

Chartered status or working towards it (IOA/CEnv preferred)

Full UK driving licence

This Bristol:based role offers a GBP50,000 to GBP65,000 salary, hybrid working, pension, private healthcare, CPD funding, and a clear progression path to Associate and Director roles.
