Responsibilities

  • SEO Audits & Analysis– Conduct website audits to identify technical issues, content gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Keyword Research & Mapping– Identify target keywords and structure content strategies around them.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis– Track performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools, providing clear updates and actionable insights
  • Client Communication & Account Management– Keep clients updated on SEO progress, explain technical concepts in simple terms, and ensure all contractual obligations are met
  • Content Management– Brief copywriters with clear, SEO-focused instructions and oversee the execution of content strategies.
  • Technical SEO Implementation– Work with developers to ensure technical SEO recommendations are implemented correctly.
  • Link-Building Oversight– Coordinate monthly link-building activities and track their impact on SEO rankings.
  • Process & Calendar Management– Maintain spreadsheets, content calendars, and project trackers to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Highly Self-Motivated– You take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solution-Oriented– You focus on problem-solving and taking action.
  • Fast Learner– You’re eager to expand your SEO knowledge and keep up with industry trends.
  • University Degree (Preferred)– While not essential, a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is beneficial.
  • No previous SEO experience required– Just a willingness to learn and a strong foundation in organisation, communication, and analytical thinking.
  • The starting salary will be £24,000 p.a, rising to £26,000 after passing your probation.
