The Role

  • Oversee service delivery to meet agreed service levels and act as the main contact for issues and escalations
  • Prepare monthly reports, including change management, problem resolution, and service level metrics
  • Ensure changes are properly raised at client CAB meetings
  • Represent customer needs internally, promoting quality, best practices, and customer satisfaction

The Candidate

  • Good understanding of the ITIL framework
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
  • Knowledge of M365 technologies and IT infrastructure would be beneficial.
