Job Title: Service Designer

Contract Length: 6 months

Location: Leeds Wellington Place (Hybrid)

Day Rate: £300- £600 (Inside IR35)

We're looking for an experienced Service Designer to help deliver seamless digital experiences and shape services that put customers first.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within agile teams to define priorities, outcomes, and scope.
• Shape initiatives using customer and market insight.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Conduct research and document current and future state services.
• Contribute to building a strong service design community.

What we're looking for

• Strong background in service design, design thinking, and user research.
• Skilled in journey mapping, prototyping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Confident working in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
