• 15 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
• Expert in 5 or more ServiceNow product suites
• CSDM and CMDB
• ITOM Health and Visibility, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Integration with Monitoring tools, Health Log Analytics
• CSM
• FSM
• SOM and SLO
• TNI
• Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security, performance, and compliance
• Extensive experience in third-party integration (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and Ebonding)
• Experience in Domain Separation and ITSM applications
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and designing complex solutions
• Ready to work in a UK client location
