Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of ServiceNow.
- Perform minor and major enhancements requests to a client\'s ServiceNow instance(s), including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data, existing workflows.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow glide objects such as GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax.
- Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, administration, improvement and support of the latest ServiceNow platform.
- Facilitating rollout of new applications and modules in ServiceNow.
- Upgrade administration to ensure timely implementation of latest releases with minimal disruption to client IT operations.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow, including navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting.
- Deep experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB) with practical creation or modification of relevant components.
- Proven experience implementing ITSM tools with Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management among other ITIL processes.
Qualifications
- Mid-Senior level with demonstrated ServiceNow architecture, administration, configuration, and scripting skills.
- Experience across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/CSM/IRM and related modules; solid knowledge of CMDB and related toolsets.
