Job Title: Site Manager - Structured Cabling Projects
Location: Holborn, Camden & sites across Greater London
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
We're a leading independent technology partner and global integrator with over 30 years' experience, delivering end-to-end connectivity solutions for businesses worldwide. From structured cabling to managed services, we design, build, deploy, and optimise infrastructure that organisations can rely on.
We're growing fast and looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of small to medium cabling projects, or a defined section of larger ones, across commercial buildings and offices in London.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and motivate engineers and supervisors to deliver installations on time, to spec, and to quality standards.
• 
  Manage site Health & Safety, including risk assessments and method statements.
• 
  Control stock and order materials to maintain efficient workflows.
• 
  Monitor quality, update site drawings, and produce required documentation.
• 
  Attend client meetings, provide progress updates, and action requirements.
• 
  Ensure profitability through efficient planning and delivery.

Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience in cabling infrastructure, ideally in data centres or commercial buildings.
• 
  Strong knowledge of Cat6/Cat6a cabling installation practices.
• 
  Skilled in managing teams, scheduling, and motivating staff.
• 
  Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• 
  Clear communicator, confident in liaising with clients and stakeholders.

This is a site-based role in and around London, reporting to the Operations Manager, with the opportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects.
