Company Overview:

Our client is a well-established fit-out contractor delivering high-quality projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of work including pubs, restaurants, hotels, and retail spaces, they are working with major clients.

Role Overview:

Due to a growing number of fast-track fit-out projects, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a nationwide framework. The ideal candidates will come from a joinery or dynamic fit-out background and have experience managing fast-paced projects valued up to £1 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fit-out projects from inception to completion (typically 3-5 weeks in duration)


• Liaise closely with the Project Managers, who are overseeing the framework
• Supervise direct labour and sub-contractors, providing technical support and interpreting drawings
• Manage day-to-day site activities, logistics, and materials
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and uphold site health & safety compliance
• Maintain and enforce quality control standards
• Order materials and raise orders with sub-contractors
• Liaise with internal and external Quantity Surveyors, assisting with cost control and final accounts
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specification

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven Site Management experience in hospitality, leisure, or retail fit-out


• Background in joinery and dynamic fit-out essential
• Experience working with major pub and hospitality clients beneficial
• Fast-paced retail and station fit-out experience advantageous
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage site independently
• Must be hands-on, practical, and capable of taking full site responsibility

Certifications Required:

• SMSTS


• CSCS (Black or Gold Card preferred)
• First Aid at Work
• Full UK Driving License
