Social Account Director
New Yesterday
We're a Social-first creative and performance agency helping global brands, household names, and high-growth scale-ups accelerate their business growth and deliver against key targets.
Having recently won Best Large Social Agency in the UK and continuing to grow, we're now looking to take on our next member of the flock and enhance our Client Services team!
Our agency service offering includes Social, Paid, Creative and Influencer. We’re a team of 65+ across Bath, London, New York and Miami, with big ambitions to continue delivering industry-leading social campaigns for our clients.
Key Information
Work From Home: We operate a hybrid model where team members come to the office 3 days a week. Our team loves working collaboratively, but they also like the option and balance of working from home.
Benefits Package: Our collaboration with Bupa & Perkbox grants you access to a spectrum of health services, discounts, benefits, and perks. And that's not all – enjoy your birthday off and kickstart a healthier commute with our cycle-to-work scheme, all yours upon successfully completing your probationary period. In addition, we also have enhanced maternity and paternity leave for our team.
Flexible Hours: Some people are early birds, and others like to start later. We allow people to set their own times, with some starting at 8am and getting to finish up earlier or starting later and finishing later! We trust our team to get their work done on their schedule.
Diversity & Equal Opportunity: We’re committed to equality of opportunity for all. We welcome applications from individuals regardless of their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, gender, or disability status. We want to support a diverse and inclusive work environment and are actively looking for people who share our values.
