Supporting people with a learning disability in community settings. You will work as part of a team to support and enable adults with learning disabilities to live ordinary lives and access opportunities within their local community. You will also promote enablement.

You will support individuals to access further education and provide transition support from schools, such as helping with public transport and developing independent travel skills. The service collaborates with Dundee and Angus College for this support.

The provision of personal care is an essential component of this role.

You must be able to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
