I am looking for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a growing software development team. In this role, you’ll combine hands‑on technical expertise with strong leadership skills to guide a team of engineers building modern, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and AWS.

You’ll play a critical part in driving technical excellence, shaping engineering culture, and delivering high‑impact digital products that make a real difference to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional team of software engineers.
• Drive best practices in engineering, code quality, testing, and DevOps.

• Work closely with Product and Design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to a high technical standard.
