What you'll do

• Lead and mentor cross-functional Agile teams to deliver software products meeting client and business needs.
• Manage all aspects of the SDLC and collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, prioritise initiatives, and deliver high-quality releases at pace.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement, introducing new practices to optimise development flow and quality.
• Shape team growth, foster technical and personal progression, and maintain a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing in-house software development teams in Agile environments.
• Strong technical foundation and proven ability to deliver SaaS product development, stakeholder engagement, and commercial delivery.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based applications, with a track record of delivering customer-focused solutions.

Location & Compensation

Location: Leeds, UK / Hybrid working

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
