The Software Engineering Manager will:

• Oversee several workstreams focused on core product innovation and automation.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5 Senior Engineers.
• Take ownership of product architecture and design.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive system improvements.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

The Software Engineering Manager should have:

• Proven experience managing agile software engineering teams.
• Experience working within financial services is highly desirable for this position.
• Strong background in object-oriented programming and software architecture.
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies, including:
• C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET
• RESTful APIs & Microservices
• Entity Framework / SQL Server

• Hybrid working model: x3 days in the office required in Central London.
