A fast-growing consultancy specializing in digital work operating systems is looking for a UK-based Software Implementation Consultant to join the team.

You'll be the technical lead in helping clients streamline operations and maximize the value of their work management platforms—particularly within the monday.com ecosystem.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning business needs into smart technical solutions, thrives in a client-facing environment, and is excited about workflow automation and scalable system design.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of monday.com for UK-based clients
  • Plan and manage onboarding, configuration, custom automations, and integrations
  • Deliver webinars, workshops, and 1:1 sessions to coach and train users
  • Translate client requirements into tailored workflow solutions, including data migration
  • Balance technical build with client advocacy, coordinating with relevant teams
  • Provide post-launch support: troubleshoot issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in technical implementation, customer success, project management, or managed services within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience building workflows, automations, and data imports
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Familiar with APIs, Excel, and low-code tools like Make.com or Zapier
  • Based in the UK, with flexibility for occasional on-site sessions

What You’ll Get

  • The opportunity to work on impactful, fast-paced projects with diverse clients
  • A collaborative, remote-friendly team environment
  • Exposure to cutting-edge work management tools and automation platforms
  • A role that blends technical creativity with real-world problem solving
