Solicitor (2-4 years PQE) – Residential Conveyancing

Location: Glasgow (hybrid)

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to work within our Residential team based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic office environment with excellent paralegal support and first‑rate IT systems in place.

Role Requirements

The firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a caseload of residential property transactions, guiding clients through the conveyancing process from instruction to settlement.

Experience

• Scottish qualified solicitor with conveyancing experience
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Experience handling residential property transactions through to completion

Skills

• Attention to detail with a practical, solutions‑focused approach
• Excellent client communication skills with an empathetic manner
• Confident working independently whilst contributing to team objectives
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices
