We deepen valued customer relationships, helping them build financial resilience, by understanding what they need and when. Lead the solution architecture of solutions for products that deliver customer value and meet our quality, resilience, financial and technical objectives.Ensure solutions are resilient, secure, and scalable, meeting key non-functional requirements which align with enterprise architecture and our technology strategy. Identify and help mitigate risks associated with solution architecture driving resolution through architectural or agile practices.Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of various technologies, including cloud services, modern application architectures, cybersecurity, and new technologies like AI.Systems Thinking and Architectural Craft: Ability to understand and model complex systems, recognize patterns, and craft scalable, secure and robust architectures.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with collaborators, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and lead teams. Strong delivery leadership skills to guide teams, make strategic decisions, and drive projects to completion. Excellent knowledge of the data technology of complex enterprise systems, modern cloud-hosted data solutions, integration and data and event stream technologies.Hands on experience with infrastructure as code such as Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible Experience in building CI/CD pipelines to deliver changes incrementally to production Exposure and/or Experience with cloud technologies Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or others (AWS, ICP/OCP, Azure) **We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:** Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping.
