Solutions Architect

New Today

We’re recruiting on behalf of a large, forward-thinking organisation that’s building out its Salesforce capability as part of a major digital transformation. This is an opportunity to join a high‑profile technology function that’s shaping the future of customer and digital engagement.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end solution design across a suite of Salesforce products, ensuring that platforms are scalable, integrated, and aligned to business outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into practical, future‑proof architecture.

This is a hands‑on, delivery‑driven position where you’ll work across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations, including platforms such as MuleSoft, Smartcomm, and Genesys.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the design of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Define architecture patterns, data models, and integration frameworks.
  • Partner with business and delivery teams to align solutions with strategic goals.
  • Ensure Salesforce best practice and governance are applied throughout the lifecycle.
  • Provide architectural guidance on security, performance, and scalability.
  • Influence the roadmap and contribute to continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
  • Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across multiple systems.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven background as a Salesforce Solution or Technical Architect, ideally within a complex enterprise or regulated environment.
  • Strong experience designing and delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions.
  • Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud (FSC, Manufacturing, or other industry clouds also valuable).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration technologies (MuleSoft, APIs, middleware, or CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
  • Salesforce certifications (Architect, Application or System Architect, or equivalent) highly desirable.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working (optional 1 day a week depending on location – NOT a remote role)
  • Offices based near Leeds, London and South of UK
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Strong emphasis on professional development and Salesforce certification
  • Collaborative culture, modern tools, and the opportunity to shape a critical platform from the ground up

This is a permanent position based in the UK. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
