Reports to: Operations Manager (with dotted line to Project Manager / Senior DAP Solution Engineer for specific projects)

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location: United Kingdom (Remote, with occasional UK/international travel to office or client sites)

With an established reputation in implementation, project management, and enablement services, they are now expanding their team with a Solutions Engineer to deliver impactful, value-driven solutions for an international client base.

Role Overview

As a DAP Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and deploying Digital Adoption Platform solutions across a wide range of enterprise systems. You will partner with senior engineers, project managers, and clients to understand complex business processes and deliver tailored solutions that enable long-term digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Solution Engineers, Project Managers, and clients to analyse business processes and design high-impact solutions.
  • Design, build, QA, and deploy DAP solutions across client platforms and applications.
  • Develop and maintain workbooks, project plans, and supporting documentation.
  • Provide clear and timely progress updates to stakeholders (Ops Manager, PM, Senior SE).
  • Deliver best practice advice and support using established methodologies.
  • Participate in webinars, workshops, and training sessions to expand product expertise.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new and existing platform features to maximise client value.
  • Contribute to insights reports and value packs that demonstrate ROI and adoption success.
  • Track and report time against scope accurately, flagging risks or issues early.
  • Identify upsell opportunities by recognising client needs and expansion potential.

Essential skills & qualities include:

  • Enthusiasm for technology and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Business-level English (first or second language).
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 2+ years post-graduate experience in IT/technology-related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Adoption Platforms or learning tools.
  • Exposure to business process architecture and optimisation.
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, HTTP, web services).
