Solutions Manager - Capital Projects. Location: London/Manchester (UK travel required). Contract: Full time | Permanent | Hybrid. Work Hours: 40 hours per week. Mitie are recruiting for a Solutions Manager - Capital Projects to play a key role in transforming how we deliver projects across the UK. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where your expertise will drive innovation, unlock value, and influence strategic growth. From supporting high-impact bids to developing tailored solutions for new and existing clients, your work will directly contribute to Mitiefs continued success in the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of client-focused project solutions across bids, tenders, and existing FM accounts.
• Act as a subject matter expert, shaping winning strategies and integrating innovation into proposals.
• Collaborate with bid teams, project directors, and our Centre of Excellence to resolve delivery challenges and enhance value.
• Identify growth opportunities, track pipeline progress, and support the strategic expansion of Mitiefs Project Professional Services offering.

Qualifications / What we are looking for

• Experience in leading on the creation of solutions, account management with business development within capital project delivery or consultancy.
• Strong technical background in construction or infrastructure, with experience on projects of varied sizes.
• Proven ability to shape project solutions for bids and tenders, working across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Eligible for or willing to undergo Central Government Security Clearance (SC).
