Solutions Manager – Capital Projects

London/Manchester (UK travel required) – UK Wide – hybrid role with some travel

£70-85k depending on experience

You will play a key role in transforming how our client deliver projects across the UK. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where your expertise will drive innovation, unlock value, and influence strategic growth.

You’ll be part of a growing, collaborative team that’s redefining project excellence. From supporting high-impact bids to developing tailored solutions for new and existing clients, your work will directly contribute to their continued success in the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of client-focused project solutions across bids, tenders, and existing FM accounts.
• Act as a subject matter expert, shaping winning strategies and integrating innovation into proposals.
• Collaborate with bid teams, project directors, and our Centre of Excellence to resolve delivery challenges and enhance value.
• Identify growth opportunities, track pipeline progress, and support the strategic expansion of our Project Professional Services offering.

Qualifications

You will have experience in leading on the creation of solutions, account management with business development within capital project delivery or consultancy. You’ll also hold a strong technical background in construction or infrastructure working on projects of a varied size. You’ll also have:

• Proven ability to shape project solutions for bids and tenders, working across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with influence at senior levels.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Central Government Security Clearance (SC) eligible for or willing to undergo.

• Prefer Construction experience over FM
