We are recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out condition surveys on a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed stock condition surveys
• Work across a variety of property types (occupied)
• Paid per completed survey - competitive rates
• Immediate start available

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor
• Own transport
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Contract and Working Arrangements

Work self-employed outside IR35 in a flexible manner, long-term contract available
