Role overview

As our Supply Chain Executive within Home Claims, you'll support all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring excellent customer and business outcomes from our partners and suppliers. Your focus will include supplier information analysis (MI), reporting, and providing insights for ongoing management and improvements, impacting customer satisfaction, business results, and technical performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support Supplier Relationship Managers with operational management of the supply chain, including organizing and attending supplier forums, events, and meetings.
• Analyze supply chain MI, identify data opportunities, and develop meaningful performance metrics for improvements.
• Collaborate with supply chain partners to identify improvement opportunities and agree on action plans.
• Create clear, straightforward supply chain reports for the team and stakeholders.
• Work across functions to identify and implement enhancements in managing Home Claims partners and suppliers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all matters related to Home Claims supply chain management for internal stakeholders.

Essential skills and experience

• Operational process experience, ideally within insurance, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with MI and driving improvements.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and influence change.
