About the role:

  2. Printed Communications: drafting content for cover letters and inserts for the Magazine and What’s On mailings, drafting content for monthly renewal letters to Direct Debit and Cash payers, and overseeing production and delivery of donor card mailings.
  3. Data: providing accurately suppressed and segmented data for mailings, with support from the Database Manager, and managing Membership lists and suppressions within the Museum’s email system.
  4. Publications: conducting picture research for Magazine and Remus, liaising with authors, the Photographic department, and external sources as needed, and overseeing invoicing for all publication-related costs.
  5. Online Content: ensuring Membership web content is up to date and overseeing upload and rights clearance for photography, video, or audio content.
