What you’ll do
- Define, develop, lead and grow the Sustainable Certification service at WSP.
- Be a member of the Built Environment leadership team within Sustainability Advisory and collaborate with other service leads to drive growth, client care, project delivery and technical excellence.
- Take accountability for strategic growth, client care, project delivery, technical excellence and operational delivery for Sustainable Certification and related services.
- Contribute to the growth of wider sustainability services in the built environment in collaboration with other teams.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience delivering Sustainable Certification and wider sustainability projects in the built or natural environment.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams and foster a positive safety culture.
- Strong knowledge of Sustainable Certification schemes (e.g., BREEAM, WELL, LEED, DREAM, and related frameworks).
- Educated to first/second degree level or equivalent; Chartered Status or membership of a relevant professional body is advantageous; ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication, coaching and people development skills; ability to influence internally and externally and to lead business development activities.
- Experience in budgeting and profitability management to meet service-line targets.
- Driven to deliver high-quality technical work and excellent client care.
