Overview

AVEVA is seeking a Systems Controls Analyst to join the Finance Operations team. Location options include London / Cambridge / Londonderry. This full-time, permanent role supports the Controls & Compliance Transformation programme, designing, implementing, and operating Application and IT General Controls across Financial, HR, and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining controls procedures to support system users globally
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for systems approval workflow processes
  • Identify and implement system improvements to enhance functionality and performance
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve system issues and optimize processes
  • Managing the periodic re-certification of access controls
  • Acting as a key liaison between Finance, HR and IT teams
  • Support in closing internal and external audit management letter points
  • Support internal projects as required

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge of financial and other controls
  • Knowledge of systems like Oracle, SAP, HFM, WorkDay
  • Experience of Governance, Risk and Controls systems/tools beneficial
  • Experience of working with global and virtual teams
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative approach, with strong cultural empathy
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude and comfortable managing ambiguity

Hybrid working
