As an Executive Talent Sourcer, you will support our Global Talent Scout and Executive Recruitment teams by proactively identifying and engaging top senior‑level candidates for leadership roles within Lonza. Your expertise in market mapping, strategic sourcing, and candidate engagement will drive our talent acquisition success. This role offers the chance to work in a flexible environment, with possible WFH arrangements, and be at the forefront of identifying industry‑leading talent that will help shape the company’s future. Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in sourcing or executive research, ideally within life sciences or a multinational corporate setting Expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and other sourcing tools Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills Ability to work independently, stay results‑driven, and deliver under tight deadlines Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Experience with market mapping and competitor analysis Knowledge of GDPR and compliance regulations in recruitment Familiarity with talent pipeline development and long‑list creation Experience in sourcing for senior‑level or executive positions in the life sciences industry
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a solid track record of executive sourcing Minimum of 2 years in a similar sourcing or executive search role, preferably within global organizations or specialized industries
Other Requirements
Ability to work up to 37.5 hours per week, starting immediately Willingness to support on‑site presence in Manchester; WFH possible 2 days per week with more on‑site time potentially required Commitment to maintaining compliance with GDPR and internal policies
