Talent Acquisition Coordinator

New Look is looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist in recruitment and support hiring at New Look. The successful applicant will help create and post jobs, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate administration while playing a key part in building our commercial BMD teams. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Talent or People, especially if you are confident using LinkedIn and social media to engage people. This role is a 6‑month fixed contract and you will need to come into the London office twice a week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Post job vacancies on LinkedIn, our Career site and relevant job boards
  • Manage incoming CVs and organise candidate pipelines
  • Book interviews and coordinate Hiring Manager diaries
  • Create candidate overviews and briefing documents
  • Ensure recruitment collateral on our external career site is up to date
  • Support onboarding for new internal hires
  • Respond to candidate messages and follow‑ups
  • Act as an ambassador for the New Look Recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Partner with Line Managers to ensure recruitment processes are in placeSupport hiring managers with interviewing and other selection processes
  • Facilitate assessment centres where appropriate
  • Support peers with project work where appropriate
  • Seek feedback from hiring managers and candidates
  • Work with recruitment agencies on briefing, feedback and offer processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the wider People team
  • Maintain strong relationships with desirable candidates during the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing recruitment systems and posting vacancies to job boards
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a fast‑paced workload
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Ability to manage change and remain flexible to individual situations
  • Experienced in screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Proficient using LinkedIn, Instagram, job boards and Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and willing to learn
  • Recruitment/resourcing experience (in‑house or agency) is a plus
