The RSM Early Careers Talent Acquisition team is responsible for hiring approximately 750 students annually onto our graduate, school leaver and placement programmes. In addition, we offer a variety of work experiences such as work shadowing and internships. The Early Careers Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the firm is attracting and selecting high quality, diverse candidates in line with our ‘Grow our Own’ initiative. Our goal is to provide a seamless efficient experience to both candidates applying for our programmes and our internal stakeholders at every stage of the recruitment journey.

RSM is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Early Careers Attraction Specialist to join our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team. Due to the location of existing team members and business needs, this role can be based in one of the following RSM offices:

Working closely with the Attraction & Outreach team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and engaging our future talent and support RSM’s early careers hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating and attending external events (careers fairs, skills sessions / presentations) on campus and at schools, taking ownership of end‑to‑end delivery from promotion to evaluation.
  • Delivering a compelling and innovative attraction campaign to ensure a strong brand both on campus / schools and online to attract candidates and a diverse talent pool of the highest calibre and position RSM as an employer of choice in all activity.
  • Working closely with our brand team on marketing campaigns and adapting RSM marketing materials for different audiences.
  • Working closely with the wider early careers team to understand where attraction activity is needed and use your external and internal contacts to help drive applications.
  • Educating your stakeholders so they have a full understanding of the early careers attraction strategy, process and timelines and the role they play within that.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of managing high volume early careers attraction campaigns and events, ideally within a professional services or partnership environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to diverse audiences – confident speaking to groups in‑person and virtually.
  • Strong relationship building skills to manage stakeholder expectations and influence.
  • Professional, proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages and ATS platforms is required.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and attend evening events.
