The RSM Early Careers Talent Acquisition team hires approximately 750 students annually onto our graduate, school leaver and placement programmes. This role supports the team in attracting and engaging future talent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and attend external events (career fairs, skills sessions and presentations) on campus and at schools, taking ownership of end‑to‑end delivery from promotion to evaluation.
• Deliver a compelling and innovative attraction campaign to ensure a strong brand both on campus/schools and online to attract a diverse talent pool and position RSM as an employer of choice.
• Work closely with the brand team on marketing campaigns and adapt RSM marketing materials for different audiences.
• Collaborate with the wider early careers team to understand where attraction activity is needed and use external and internal contacts to drive applications.
• Educate stakeholders on the early careers attraction strategy, process and timelines, and the role they play within that.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience managing high‑volume early careers attraction campaigns and events, ideally within a professional services or partnership environment.
• Excellent communicator, able to engage and present to diverse audiences – confident speaking to groups in‑person and virtually.
• Strong relationship building skills to manage stakeholder expectations and influence.
• Professional, proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages and ATS platforms.
• Willingness to travel nationally and attend evening events.
