We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations professional who is ready to drive impact by optimising processes, leveraging data, and implementing cutting-edge technology. As our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you’ll shape and optimise how Too Good To Go attracts and hires top talent, enabling our TA team to deliver a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.

What You Will Be Doing

  • ATS Ownership & Data Management: Own and optimise the ATS worldwide, ensure data integrity, develop insightful reports on recruitment metrics, assist with budget tracking and cost-per-hire analysis.
  • Process Design & Optimisation: Analyse and redesign global TA processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience; develop documentation; train the global TA team; collaborate with the People Systems team to integrate ATS and HRIS and streamline onboarding.
  • Talent Acquisition Technology & Innovation: Research, evaluate, and implement TA technologies (AI, automation, sourcing tools); define success measures and manage ongoing optimisation.
  • Project Management & Operational Support: Lead TA operations projects with detailed plans, timelines, and stakeholder updates; assist with executive interview scheduling and general TA tooling support.
  • Hiring Manager Enablement: Partner with Organisational Development to create and deliver training for hiring managers on recruitment best practices, inclusive interviewing, and TA tools usage.
  • Candidate Experience & Compliance Support: Ensure processes support a positive candidate experience, measure cNPS, and work with Security to embed data privacy and hiring compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a dedicated Recruitment Operations, TA Systems, or similar role within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Process acumen in mapping, analysing, and optimising complex recruitment workflows.
  • Data & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with KPI management, data modelling and reporting; experience pulling data via APIs and from ATSs.
  • ATS Proficiency: Deep knowledge of ATS configuration, reporting, and optimisation; experience with multiple ATSs and API data access.
  • Project Management: Ability to lead cross-functional projects, ideally in TA/HR context.
  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of recruitment technologies, including AI and automation, with hands-on evaluation and implementation experience.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in ATS RFPs or migrations; coordinating Assessment Centres; some BI tool experience (e.g., Looker Studio).
