Overview
Klipboard Talent Acquisition Partner role in South Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition partner to join our global team, taking a regional approach (or global as required by the business). You will manage the recruitment process end to end, from manager briefings through to candidate management and offers. Klipboard has introduced a flexible hybrid work policy, where employees spend three days in the office and two days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full end to end recruitment process at Klipboard, taking ownership of assigned jobs and candidate relationships.
- Proactively engage candidates for open roles, ensuring a diverse and competent shortlist is presented to the business.
- Continually monitor vacancies, create a talent pipeline, and adapt attraction and selection plans to meet business requirements.
- Define the attraction strategy for open roles using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn; source innovative candidates while supporting continuous improvement to meet current and future needs.
- Drive best recruitment practice within the business, providing advisory support to operational leadership, including interview frameworks, tools and tactics.
- Conduct market, competitor analysis and benchmarking aligned with business needs.
- Ensure data in ATS/HR systems is clean and accurate.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and operational management on talent management, succession planning and career development.
- Provide data as requested by the business.
- Build and develop internal stakeholder relationships and support EVP initiatives to promote candidate engagement.
- Represent Klipboard at external events such as career fairs and industry events when required.
- Other duties commensurate with the role as requested.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
You must evidence your experience in managing end-to-end internal recruitment. Be comfortable in a fast-paced, diverse environment while acting as a trusted adviser to stakeholders. While you will be responsible for a specific geography/business, you will support colleagues responsible for other geographies/businesses, including ad-hoc large-scale resourcing campaigns.
- Extensive recruitment and resourcing experience in a high-volume, multi-skilled environment; ideally across more than one country.
- Demonstrable experience creating innovative resourcing strategies using a wide range of attraction methods/tools (expert user of LinkedIn).
- Experience in internal recruitment processes, ideally across multiple/global locations with various skill sets/roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collect, analyse and present recruitment data to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of streamlining workflows or making process improvements.
- Knowledge of ATS and other HR systems.
- Good knowledge of using social media for attraction and EVP.
- Ability to understand business drivers and respond to change positively.
- Influencing skills with the ability to leverage internal networks.
- Coaching skills.
- Good commercial acumen and negotiating skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
