Are you an ambitious and driven Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner? Do you want to be part of our huge growth plans? Look no further! We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to work with our hiring managers and lead the recruitment efforts for management and new store openings. You’ll be crucial to our growth, enhancing the candidate experience and hiring top talent to support our goal of becoming the most loved QSR brand. This role involves nationwide travel and overnight stays, working hybrid between our HQ in Ealing, home and our sites.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Partner with Operations (Area) Manager and restaurant management to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment processes
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Lead and facilitate the large-scale recruitment for new store openings
  • Oversee job postings on our ATS, media planning, and assessment approaches
  • Source and headhunt exceptional candidates to ensure timely role fulfilment via a range of channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support our new openings
  • Utilise various recruitment tools, including job boards, partnerships, social media, and other initiatives to engage candidates
  • Collaborate with teams at all levels across the business, building effective relationships
  • Work with the Talent Partner and L&D team to deliver epic inductions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Be a brand ambassador, embodying our values and culture, and promoting a positive candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role, ideally both, within a customer-facing sector such as hospitality, retail, or leisure
  • Extensive experience sourcing/headhunting candidates via multiple techniques and platforms
  • Experience running assessment events or centres for volume hiring
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Understanding of UK employment law and right-to-work checks
  • Ability to create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Creative copywriting skills to attract top candidates
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A drive for continuous improvement, always seeking ways to develop and move forward
  • Ability to work well under pressure, using initiative to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
