About the Company
My client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding Corporate Services Group, led by a passionate founder and CEO. With a thriving customer base of over 500,000 and consistent 20% year-on-year growth, they’re transforming the business services space. From Company Formation and Legal Support to Virtual Offices, Call Answering, and Live Chat solutions, they provide everything businesses need to start, grow, and succeed.
Innovative, profitable, and customer-obsessed, they’re on a mission to redefine how modern businesses are supported—and are now looking for a driven Talent Partner to join their team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on Talent Partner to join the People team. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, owning end-to-end recruitment across Operations and Marketing functions. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and design effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across Operations and Marketing.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and events.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future growth.
- Use data and insights to track hiring metrics, identify challenges, and improve processes.
- Collaborate with the wider People team on onboarding, employer branding, and recruitment projects.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition (ideally in high-growth or tech environments).
- Strong sourcing ability and proven track record of hiring across multiple functions and levels.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, ATS systems, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and people-focused approach.
Why Apply?
This is a chance to join a forward-thinking organisation with ambitious growth plans and a genuine commitment to people. With teams based in London and Glasgow (plus remote flexibility), the Talent Partner will play a critical role as a cultural connector across the business.
The company prides itself on fostering a workplace built on empathy, integrity, and innovation—and they’re looking for someone who can embody and champion these values.
