About The Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Harrods, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by attracting, engaging, and securing the very best talent. Acting as a trusted partner to Senior Leaders and HR Business Partners, you’ll design and deliver recruitment strategies that meet today’s needs and build pipelines for future talent. You’ll be immersed in the business areas you support, influencing hiring decisions at mid to senior level, ensuring every hire reflects Harrods values and contributes to long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and HRBPs to shape recruitment strategies and influence hiring decisions.
- Manage mid- to senior-level vacancies, drive direct sourcing, and ensure candidate quality.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team, supporting their growth and performance.
- Champion internal talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
- Track performance against KPIs while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
This is a hybrid role based in Hammersmith 3 days per week, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week in line with our Hybrid@Harrods policy.

Highly credible and influential, you’ll quickly immerse yourself in how the business operates, using this insight to refine your approach and deliver results. You’re an experienced recruiter who thrives on finding and securing top talent, especially at mid- to senior-level. With strong people leadership skills, you’ll be confident in coaching and developing others.
