Scope Of The Role

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process for all roles across the business. Sourcing, assessing, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Own the management of our ATS platform, posting adverts, managing workflows and ensuring up to date administration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives in order to provide advice and insights on the talent market [ie, trends, employment projections, benchmarking] and develop a hiring strategy.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, succession mapping and hiring needs, strengthening the talent pipeline.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent across LinkedIn, job boards and networking.
  • Use data and analytics to measure recruitment metrics, optimize processes and provide insightful reporting to stakeholders.
  • Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Support itsu’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives by attracting talent through various sourcing channels to ensure itsu becomes a top destination for diverse talent.
  • Manage agency and job board relationships, influencing and maximizing the recruitment budget.
  • Keep up to date with external influences on recruitment through competitor analysis and commercial awareness.
