Overview
Phorest is a growing tech company on a mission to help beauty businesses thrive. Our software empowers premium salons, spas, and aesthetic clinics around the globe with tools designed to enhance client experiences, streamline operations, and drive business growth. At Phorest, we don’t just build software – we build success stories.
The Opportunity
This is more than a recruitment role – it’s a chance to play a strategic role in building the teams that power our global growth and customers’ success. You’ll be a true partner to our senior leaders across Europe and North America, building relationships, advising and delivering TA approaches that prioritise both our internal stakeholders and the experience candidates have with us.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll bring market insights and innovative sourcing strategies to ensure Phorest continues to attract exceptional people across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other non-tech functions. You’ll also help strengthen our employer brand and support diversity and inclusion efforts, while building the TA practices for a scaling global company.
What You\'ll Do
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders across multiple regions to understand business priorities, forecast hiring needs, and build scalable recruitment approaches
- Non-Tech Hiring Expertise: Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other commercial roles, with a focus on North America and Europe
- Global Collaboration: Work flexibly across time zones, building strong relationships with regional teams and ensuring alignment on hiring priorities
- Market Insights: Provide leaders with data-driven talent insights, market mapping, and competitive intelligence to guide hiring decisions
- Stakeholder Coaching: Train and guide hiring managers on best practices in job scoping, interviewing, and candidate engagement
- Pipeline Building: Proactively source, attract, and nurture diverse talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has an exceptional experience, from first contact to offer stage
- Data & Reporting: Use data to track recruitment performance, provide insights to leadership, and influence decision-making with evidence-based recommendations
- Onboarding Partnership: Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure seamless transitions from candidate to new hire, capturing feedback to refine the end-to-end experience
Who You Are
- 5+ years’ experience hiring across a range of non-technical roles, including most or all of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations. Even better if you have SaaS experience and have hired for roles in the US or Canada
- A partnership approach. You have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work together to navigate complex hiring challenges
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and recruitment marketing
- Comfortable working across multiple regions and time zones, with flexibility to partner closely with teams in North America (East Coast). We are a remote friendly business with high trust and flexibility in our hours. When supporting the US teams, it may be helpful to shift your working day to start and finish a little later
- Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging insights to influence hiring strategy and outcomes
- Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building inclusive, diverse teams
- Highly organized, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling, mission-driven company where your impact is visible and appreciated
- You want to work somewhere where you can make an impact, have fun with a great team and where the mission and company values are real, inspiring and lived
