Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

5 Days Old

Blockchain.com is connecting the world to the future of finance. As the most trusted and fastest-growing global crypto company, it helps millions of people worldwide safely access cryptocurrency. Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain.com has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.

We’re looking for a talented, driven, and ambitious Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, based in London, to join our growing team and play an instrumental role in Blockchain.com’s global expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to help build world-class technical and business teams across our offices worldwide — for one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic tech companies in the industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (engineering, product, and related functions), while also supporting business and corporate hiring as needed.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across global offices to understand technical needs and craft effective hiring strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier technical talent using creative, data-driven, and proactive approaches — from engineering meetups to niche online communities.
  • Drive the end-to-end hiring process — from initial outreach and assessment through offer management and onboarding — ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Create compelling job descriptions that capture each role’s impact and inspire the right talent to apply.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Champion best-in-class hiring practices and contribute to continuous improvement in processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Build strong external relationships with universities, professional networks, and tech communities across multiple regions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Above all, integrity — the foundation for every role at Blockchain.com.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring (software engineering, backend/frontend development, DevOps, blockchain, or infrastructure).
  • Proven success recruiting across international markets (UK, Europe, Asia, LatAm, or Africa).
  • Agency or in-house experience both welcome — a mix of both is ideal.
  • A self-motivated, tenacious, and delivery-focused mindset; you operate with urgency and accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple global searches simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you build trust and influence hiring decisions with confidence.
  • A curious, people-centric recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

  • Full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity in an industry-leading company
  • This is a hybrid role based in our London office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week.
  • Work from Anywhere Policy: You can work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 20 days per year.
  • ClassPass
  • Unlimited vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need it
  • The opportunity to be a key player and build your career at a rapidly expanding, global technology company in an emerging field
