Role Overview

Recruitment Team Leader - Client Services at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. We are recruiting a TA Operations Co-ordinator to join a leading Pharmaceutical company on a remote basis. The TA Operations Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of talent acquisition processes on a global scale. This is an initial 6 month contract with possible extension.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with the global TA community to ensure roles are efficiently cascaded into talent channels, collaborating with LinkedIn and the technology team.
2. Coordinate the monthly TA Community Town Halls and all related materials with country-based TA Partners.
3. Manage open door TA sessions twice per week and assist the TA Community with on-demand requests, including system access.
4. Collaborate with P&O Analytics on data for the TA Community and proactively manage the TA Policy, Guide, and Training hub.

Role Requirements

1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in Talent Acquisition in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sectors.
3. Working knowledge and practical experience collaborating across countries. Fluent business English is essential; a second European language would be beneficial.
