We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our London based team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of ClearRoute by attracting and recruiting top talent.. In this position, you will collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs, develop strategic recruiting plans, and drive initiatives that enhance our recruitment process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, aligning with our core values.
Role:
You will be the champion for all things recruitment for ClearRoute. You will work closely and be supported by the Global Head of Talent to grow our Engineering team across the UK, Europe and the US. You will act as the face of ClearRoute right from a candidate’s very first interaction with ClearRoute through to the conclusion of their interview and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with executive and senior leaders to understand business needs and deliver strategic recruitment advice to attract the best talent for ClearRoute's continued growth.
- Use a variety of sourcing channels including your professional network, job boards, LinkedIn, and industry events to find diverse and high-calibre candidates, ensuring we’re always connected to the best talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial screening through to coordinating interviews and providing feedback, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records, job postings, and recruitment workflows.
- Own the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring they’re clear, compliant, and reflect ClearRoute’s values.
- Help deliver a seamless onboarding process and ensure a strong start for new employees.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles, building relationships and keeping in touch with top talent so we're ready to meet future hiring needs.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices, advocating for fair and equitable recruitment processes that attract a wide range of candidates.
- Help build and promote ClearRoute's employer brand through innovative and engaging outreach strategies, ensuring we stand out as an employer of choice in the market.
- Leverage recruitment data and analytics to monitor key hiring metrics, using insights to continuously improve our recruitment processes and decision-making.
- Support internal projects that enhance the people experience at ClearRoute.
Desired experience
- Experience working within an early-stage business with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience working within a globally distributed team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
- Solid technology recruitment background either in an agency or in house setting (ideally within a consultancy if in house)
- Good understanding of DevOps, Software Development and Quality Engineering.
- Previous experience hiring outside of the UK would be ideal but not essential.
- Ability to prioritise and deliver against key requirements in a constantly evolving environment.
Salary
£40,000 - £45,000
