Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Cineworld Cinemas Ltd. You will help fill vacancies across the CSO (Cinema Support Office) and collaborate with the wider global TA team on strategic projects including employer branding and DEI initiatives.

What is the job?

You will report to James Smith, Global Talent Acquisition Manager, and help attract, hire and onboard the right talent for Cineworld & Picturehouse. You will ensure an unbeatable end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience for candidates and key business stakeholders, and support TA initiatives across the Cineworld & Picturehouse groups.

You will also collaborate with the wider global TA team to support key strategic projects such as employer branding, DEI initiatives and other activities designed to drive innovation within the TA space.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end talent acquisition process for vacancies in Cineworld & Picturehouse CSOs (Cinema Support Offices); this includes general admin tasks, creative sourcing, conducting interviews and delivering a high standard of candidate experience and hiring manager experience.
  • Assist with recruitment in cinemas when needed for difficult-to-fill positions, including technical or niche roles (e.g., roles such as chefs, projectionists, general managers).
  • Craft captivating job advert copy to maximise attraction and reflect our culture.
  • Develop a data-focused approach to talent acquisition, monitor market trends and use insights to drive decision making and educate internal stakeholders.
  • Support People Services & People Development with onboarding for new starters in Cineworld and Picturehouse CSOs.

About you

  • You are confident sourcing and attracting top talent and can manage a smooth end-to-end TA process with a people-centric candidate experience.
  • No specific industry experience required; you should be comfortable recruiting across various business areas and adapt to reactive, fast-paced or more deliberate execution as needed.
  • You are eager to learn the bigger picture of talent acquisition, including using data to drive decisions, leveraging technology and AI, and participating in strategic projects (employer branding, DEI, manager training, etc.).
