Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of 32Co by ensuring we hire the very best people. You’ll partner with hiring managers to design and run recruitment processes that attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent — all while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
You’ll be joining a small, agile Talent team of two, which means you’ll have real ownership, visibility, and the chance to directly shape how we scale. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business, giving you the chance to directly influence the talent that powers our next phase of growth.
What you’ll do
- Lead hiring processes across multiple departments. You will have the opportunity to manage multiple hiring processes across different departments.
- Attract exceptional talent. We don’t rely on old-fashioned ways to source candidates, you’ll be in charge of finding creative ways to source both active and passive candidates for all areas of the business.
- Collaboration is key. You will need to work closely with the heads of our departments to define role requirements and be proactive with hiring updates to key stakeholders.
- Commit to an excellent candidate experience. Work to ensure a smooth and positive interview process for all candidates, from initial outreach through to extending a job offer.
- Ensure data is accurate. Take pride in keeping our ATS accurate and up to date so we can use data for reporting and forecasting.
- Champion our vision. You will likely be the first point of contact for a candidate and as an ambassador for the company, it’s important you are able to convey 32Co’s mission, vision and values in interviews.
Requirements
- Your enthusiasm and dedication for hiring is evident. You will have had previous agency or internal recruitment experience with evidence you can run recruitment processes.
- Juggling multiple roles? You’ve got this! You’re energised by high-volume recruitment and can deliver quality at speed in a scaling environment.
- Tech hiring savvy. You know how to find and engage great technical talent, and you’re excited to hire in different areas too.
- Flexibility is your superpower. Change is inevitable but you’ll embrace and welcome change, easily adapting to or suggesting new ideas.
- Communication is your strength. You are an excellent communicator, both when it comes to written and spoken communication, and you excel when building new connections and speaking to candidates.
- Organisation is crucial. You are extremely organised, ensuring that recruitment processes are run smoothly, candidates are kept updated, and you ensure all reporting systems remain up to date.
- Proactive by nature. You don’t just react but you are able to anticipate. You’re always thinking forwards, ensuring you’re prioritising the right tasks and you love to continue to learn.
