As the Team Leader, you’ll manage and support a dedicated compliance team focused on building safety and regulatory reporting. You’ll be responsible for overseeing workstreams, setting deadlines, ensuring data accuracy, and driving service excellence.

What’s Required?
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in a Team Leader role, ideally around Property or Facilities Management

A recognised health & safety qualification (e.g., IOSH or NEBOSH)

Knowledge of building safety standards and servicing regulations

Strong organisational and data management skills

Excellent communication and leadership ability
