Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager | Championing Talent and Innovation in Recruitment

The Technical Architect will play a key role in defining and delivering the technical strategy for our Service solutions. This includes:

  • Designing and documenting solutions that are aligned with Service objectives, scalable, and integrated with other relevant systems (e.g., CRM, billing).
  • Selecting and integrating appropriate technologies to enhance Service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Service teams globally to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure colleagues involved in design activities (eg Business Analysts, Technical Architects) are following best practice design principles in line with the company architectural strategy

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the technical architecture for Service solutions.
  • Design and document solutions for new Service initiatives and enhancements.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies to enhance Service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Integrate various platforms and systems, including scheduling and routing systems, mobile workforce management solutions, and customer communication tools.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
  • Review & sign off all designs created for Field Services products
  • Ensure adherence to architectural principles and security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Service teams globally to gather requirements and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Experience
  • • Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Service operations and field service management.
  • • Strong understanding of Service processes and best practices.
  • • Experience with scheduling and routing systems, mobile workforce management solutions, and customer communication tools.
  • • Experience with GPS tracking, IoT devices, and real-time data processing is a plus.
  • • Experience with API gateways (e.g., Apigee) and integration technologies.
  • • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and related services.
  • • Familiarity with mobile application development is a plus.
  • Knowledge & Skills
  • • Strong understanding of Service industry trends and technologies.
  • • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
