Role – Technical Consultant

Location – Milton Keynes (hybrid home/office working)

The opportunity is to join an award-winning IT Managed Services Provider, based out of Milton Keynes.

The role is Technical Consultant – a mix of presales (pitches, demos, etc for clients and discussing suitable solutions for them) and some implementation work when required).

The business has a global 24-7 support offering for its clients and boasts a 98.2 Service Level Agreement achieved and a 97.5% customer satisfaction rate.

Their focus is on Microsoft solutions, managed services, networking, support, cyber security, and cloud into the SMB and mid-market.

The role is based from their Milton Keynes offices with hybrid remote working offered.

Candidates must have a reasonable strong and broad technical understanding around Microsoft, networking and security and have previous IT MSP experience.
