Technical Delivery Manager

Overview
As Technical Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of strategic initiatives across easyJet holidays digital platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of product, technology and third party suppliers, supporting the delivery of high quality solutions that align with our technology roadmap and wider business strategy. You’ll work closely with product owners, architects, delivery teams and external partners to scope, plan and deliver technical solutions including supporting estimation and resourcing, coordinating discovery and delivery phases, and managing delivery milestones through to completion. You’ll help implement and embed agile ways of working, ensuring key ceremonies are in place and delivery processes continue to improve. The role involves managing risks, monitoring delivery performance, and providing clear, structured reporting to senior stakeholders. You’ll oversee both in house and third party development teams, ensure progress remains on track, and support quarterly planning activities. A focus on automation, DevOps and continuous improvement will be central to how you lead delivery, drive efficiency, and ensure high standards across all stages of software development.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Solid experience of delivering digital solutions and proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple teams, suppliers, and dependencies.
- Experience working with third party technology suppliers and coordinating both on site and offshore delivery; ability to manage budgets, track progress, and use data to provide transparency on investment and value.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels, including senior management; ability to explain complex solutions clearly and keep decisions well understood.
- High standards, pragmatic and solution focused mindset; ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and promote best practices.
- Highly organized, good time management and effective planning; strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage priorities and deliver results.
