Position

Technical Delivery Manager • Location: London (Hybrid) • Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE

Uneek are working with a leading professional services business who are expanding their technology team and looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead delivery across multiple projects and teams. This role will give you the chance to shape how delivery frameworks scale as the business continues to grow!

Responsibilities

• Leading delivery across cross-functional technical teams
• Managing complex interdependencies between products and projects
• Driving continuous improvement of agile (Kanban) processes
• Partnering with engineers to integrate AI into development and data pipelines
• Overseeing delivery metrics, reporting, and governance
• Acting as the link between stakeholders and technical teams
• Designing scalable delivery frameworks to support future growth

Requirements

• Experience leading technical delivery in fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Exposure to AI/ML in development or data pipelines
• Solid understanding of agile ways of working (Kanban in particular)
• Skilled with JIRA, Confluence and Azure DevOps
• Financial services knowledge is desirable
• 30-minute Teams call
• Final stage face-to-face interview
