My client are transforming financial services with Azure cloud and AI innovation. We need a Technical Delivery Manager to lead and scale delivery across multiple tech teams - driving complex projects, managing global collaboration, and keeping delivery on point.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional teams (UK & India-based) delivering FS products on Azure
• Embed AI across development and data pipelines
• Streamline Kanban delivery using JIRA, Confluence & Azure DevOps
• Balance ad hoc requests with strategic initiatives
• Scale processes, mentor teams & drive continuous improvement

What you'll bring

• Proven technical delivery experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong Azure and agile (Kanban) background
• Skilled at managing distributed teams
• Financial services experience a plus
