Job Profile

• Our client is a rapidly expanding national firm of loss adjusters seeking to develop its management team by appointing at least one additional Technical Manager.
• You can live anywhere within the UK and will be responsible for mentoring and developing technical adjusters, overseeing reporting, managing client relationships, and handling a small caseload of major & complex losses.
• This role offers a genuine opportunity for individuals to advance into senior management, potentially leading to a Directorship.
• Candidates should ideally be A/FCILA qualified with management experience and technical expertise in domestic and commercial property losses.
• Our client is interested in individuals with ambitions to progress to Director level who are seeking new opportunities.
• You can reside anywhere in the UK but must be willing to travel nationally as required.

Basic salary could exceed £80,000, plus profit share/bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
