Job description summary for the Technical Practice Architect (TPA) role: The TPA plays a key role in crafting and executing robust implementations for enterprise-scale customers, leading design, deployment, and optimization of Sprinklr core solutions including CCaaS. The TPA engages early in projects, supporting pre-sales scoping through solution delivery to ensure architecture meets customer goals and to support scope of work creation.

Responsibilities

  • Solution design and implementation: Support the sales process by reviewing solution design, evaluate implementation strategies, and customize estimates for TPA-assigned accounts. Provide consultation to stakeholders on design and solution approaches, manage technical implementation decisions, define solutions, and identify risks throughout the engagement lifecycle. Work with solution consultants and engagement managers to ensure designs meet customer needs. Initiate and own the design of artifacts, security compliance documentation, and build an adequate operational foundation.

Map solution builds with stakeholders and align technical architecture with business goals; act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Implementation of best practices and templates: Implement best practices and configuration to guarantee instance health, verify configurations, and apply Sprinklr best practices and improvement guidelines across configurations. Enforce UAT and sandbox protocols to maintain system health and compliance throughout the configuration lifecycle.
  • Delivery operating model governance: Support project delivery and handover to customer success teams. Provide oversight and answer operational questions during the design process.
  • Thought leadership and customer advocacy: Share best practices, industry use cases, and lessons learned to improve customer experience.
  • Account-level awareness and strategic initiatives: Stay informed of Managed Services initiatives on assigned accounts to ensure alignment across engagements.

  • Proficiency with data exchanges, REST/SOAP APIs, and webhooks; familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
  • Knowledge of relational databases and MongoDB.
  • Strong teamwork orientation, proactive and quick learner, with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle best practices.
