Role: Technical Product Manager for NPS Prism. You will own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for innovative SaaS products that enable organizations to elevate their customer experience through data-driven insights. Youll set ambitious goals, navigate complex challenges, and deliver impactful features that solve real user problems. You will lead software product development and drive data-driven tools that leverage data science and machine learning for client-facing and internal applications. Youll translate analytical models into scalable solutions that unlock business value. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations and build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and client executives.
Remote job — must be based in the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy and roadmap: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery and iteration—ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Translate the product vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap and feature backlog that drive focused, cross-functional execution.
- Execution and delivery: Own backlog grooming and release cycles, partnering with business and engineering teams to transform requirements into precise product specifications that drive on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Research-driven product development: Integrate quantitative and qualitative research, A/B testing, usability studies, and customer feedback into product planning and design. Use tools like Pendo to monitor feature usage, track KPIs, and drive data-informed iterations that improve usability, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Software engineering & technical collaboration: Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performing, and user-centric applications. Contribute to technical discussions, validate feasibility, and ensure alignment between product intent and engineering implementation.
- Stakeholder alignment & communication: Engage cross-functional teams—including engineering, DevOps, product and operations, client engagement, and customer success—to align on priorities and go-to-market strategies. Influence senior stakeholders, remove blockers proactively, and clearly communicate trade-offs, timelines, and business impact.
- Performance measurement & optimization: Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to evaluate success, inform roadmap decisions, and drive continuous product improvement. Ensure that performance data and insights are embedded into day-to-day product decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years in Product Management in a high-growth tech company or equivalent experience leading software or data products in close collaboration with engineering.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Computer Science).
- Product & Technical Expertise: Proven success delivering SaaS products end-to-end, ideally in data-intensive or analytics-focused domains.
- Experience working in agile environments, with excellent knowledge of product development lifecycles and proficiency in Jira.
- Familiarity with core software engineering concepts, technical feasibility trade-offs, and modern development workflows.
- Understanding of engineering best practices around quality and CI/CD.
- Experience defining detailed product requirements, writing user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting engineering delivery using tools like Jira.
- Hands-on expertise with A/B testing, quant/qual research, usability testing, and customer feedback loops.
- Working knowledge of data infrastructure, data pipelines, and governance principles to support informed conversations with technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in experimentation, usage analytics, and product performance tracking using tools like Pendo, with a strong grasp of KPI frameworks.
- Management Skills: Strong prioritization skills with a proven ability to manage complexity, make trade-offs, and deliver results at scale.
- Ability to lead autonomously in ambiguous environments, aligning teams and decisions around customer and business impact.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and technical partners.
- Detail-oriented and proactive — comfortable validating features through edge case testing, covering complete user journeys, and ensuring product quality.
- Skilled at using data and insight to continuously improve product outcomes and team execution.
